Here’s how to do that:

Make sure you have your activation key on separate media, be it a piece of paper from the product box, and e-mail in your mailbox, your MyKaspersky account, or somewhere else. If you cannot find your activation key, follow the instructions from this article.

Uninstall the security solution. To do that, open the Control Panel, choose Programs and Features, select the security solution, and click Uninstall. If that doesn’t work, follow the instructions here.

Go to the official Kaspersky Lab website and download the installer for the security solution you’ve been using.

Run the installer and follow the installation instructions.

Activate the security solution using your activation key.

The problem should be solved. If for some reason it persists or you have any trouble finding your activation key or activating the product, submit a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support through the My Kaspersky portal, and include a detailed description of the issue.

Once we come up with a longer-term solution we’ll update this post.

https://blog.kaspersky.com/feed/

Credit to Author: Marvin the Robot| Date: Mon, 07 May 2018 12:32:09 +0000

If your Kaspersky product tells you something about an “Invalid key file” or ”Integrity violation,” here’s what to do.

[10425,10378
12137,3491,13151,3492,11225,8274,10427,10433,1583
post-12224","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-kaspersky","category-security","tag-bugs","tag-kaspersky-anti-virus","tag-kaspersky-free","tag-kaspersky-internet-security","tag-kaspersky-total-security","tag-problems","tag-products","tag-support","tag-updates
["GET
