Instead, we\u2019re seeing one massive Cumulative Update on Patch Tuesday, and a second \u2014 typically large \u2014 grab bag of patches later in the month. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have to wonder what\u2019s happening, though, when\u00a0Microsoft can deliver its second bundle of patches for 1709, 1703 and 1607 before the second patch for the latest version, 1803, sees light of day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4284822\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KB 4284822<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for Win10 1709<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4284830\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KB 4284830<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for Win10 1703<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4284833\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KB 4284833 <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for Win10 1607<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4284842\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KB 4284842<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u2014 the Win7 Monthly Rollup preview \u2014 doesn\u2019t seem to have much. Just like the other Win7 patches this month, it inherits this bug:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is an issue with Windows and a third-party software that is related to a missing file (oem&lt;number&gt;.inf).
