Our employees come from all walks of life\u2014from over 100 countries, from 5 generations, from all genders and backgrounds. And our <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.schneider-electric.com\/life-at-schneider-electric\/2018\/03\/02\/building-inclusive-company-diverse-world\/\">Diversity and Inclusion<\/a> ambition is to value and support all our \u2018unique\u2019 lives and to create a place where we have equal opportunities for everyone everywhere. From the beginning, the policy aimed to be as inclusive as possible to support the various leave needs of employees, from new parents (including adoptive parents) to bereavement to caring for the sick or elderly.\u00a0 We also committed to implementing full paid leave across all our ~100+ countries in which we operate based on a global minimum. Today as we approach our 1-year anniversary, the policy is a gold standard in our industry and we are proud that<\/p>\n<p>We have a lot more work to do to reach our ambition.\u00a0 Every day we strive to build a truly inclusive place where everyone can be at their best in their unique life and work, because that\u2019s good for business and good for our people.
