Corporate tenants and building owners, including the new category of <a href=\"https:\/\/coworkingmag.com\/blog\/coworking-trends-futuristic-spaces\/\">co-working space<\/a> developers, are seeing needs for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Flexibility<\/strong>. Current economic uncertainty, including when the next recession might occur and possible impacts of the UK\u2019s exit from the European Union, have real estate executives studying their portfolios to rationalize space per employee. This certainly makes sense, with national unemployment rates at historic lows in many countries including the US and UK.
