They\u2019re having trouble because of the new complexity rules.<\/p>\n<p>One of the calls:<\/p>\n<p>User: I can\u2019t seem to change my password.<\/p>\n<p>Help desk tech: Your new password needs to contain letters, numbers and punctuation. Do not use any words such as you\u2019d find in a dictionary.<\/p>\n<p>User: OK. (Pause.)
