{"id":6787,"date":"2017-02-27T04:30:49","date_gmt":"2017-02-27T12:30:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.palada.net\/index.php\/2017\/02\/27\/news-578\/"},"modified":"2017-02-27T04:30:49","modified_gmt":"2017-02-27T12:30:49","slug":"news-578","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.palada.net\/index.php\/2017\/02\/27\/news-578\/","title":{"rendered":"Now THAT&#039;S secure!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Credit to Author: Sharky| Date: Mon, 27 Feb 2017 03:00:00 -0800<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When it comes to website security questions, this pilot fish has a bad attitude &#8212; and that&#8217;s &#8220;bad&#8221; spelled P-R-A-C-T-I-C-A-L.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;When they let me write my own questions, I write stuff like &#8216;Top line of the Spanish text on the control box of the computer speakers,'&#8221; says fish.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s easy enough for me to find that answer &#8212; just look down and read it &#8212; but unless you&#8217;re in my house or know exactly what speakers I bought five years ago, you aren&#8217;t gonna get it.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Otherwise, I usually type in nonsense, because I don&#8217;t forget my passwords.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Then sometimes the company has a security breach, locks every affected account and says, &#8216;You&#8217;ll need to reset your password using your security questions.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve been locked out of my 401(k) for about a year, and their support keeps saying there&#8217;s nothing they can do.
