The keys to my success
<\/em><\/h4>\n

Business mindset has been an important part of my life ever since I was a small child growing up with my parents, two brothers, and sister.<\/p>\n

My parents owned a gasoline station, a grocery store and a small hamburger restaurant. I worked at the gasoline station from the age of thirteen during weekends and school breaks.<\/p>\n

It was a long time before the buzzword \u201ccustomer journeys\u201d appeared. Through my job experience I learned so much about the importance of solving customer\u2019s pain points. It was an essential part of my life at that time and it gave me a solid ground to understand sales and marketing processes.<\/p>\n

I have always had the mindset to \u201cact like an owner\u201d, it empowers me and helps me to make decisions.<\/p>\n

Since a young age I have been passionate about learning more about different businesses – both private and public companies. After working with strong brands like L\u00f6fbergs Lila, Babybj\u00f6rn, Gant, BASF and Apple I have concluded that sales and marketing are almost always the same thing. Customer knowledge, thinking outside the box, and using experience from unexpected areas are the keys to success.<\/p>\n

Searching for a meaningful purpose<\/h4>\n

Like many others, I always felt a desire to make a difference in the world. I didn\u2019t know how important it was to me until I started working in energy. Schneider believes in access to energy as a basic human right<\/a>, and so do I.<\/p>\n

I had never imagined myself working for a company like Schneider, but here I was.\u00a0 The importance of driving the transformation for a more sustainable world<\/a>, IoT<\/a> and the way Schneider is handling the processes makes me proud.<\/p>\n

I started my career with Schneider as a Marketing Manager for Retail in Sweden<\/a>. In this role I worked with an amazing product managers team and worked closely with our customers to provide them with the best products and solutions for their residential needs.<\/p>\n

I have been working for the Global Marketing department<\/a> for the last year.\u00a0 I am responsible for marketing communication across the Northern Europe zone. This role has been an incredible journey, and has allowed me to build the best team for deploying our promises to the market.<\/p>\n

Women in energy sector<\/h4>\n

As digitization opens new doors, it\u2019s a great time for women to rethink careers in energy sector<\/a>, just as I have.<\/p>\n

I have now been with Schneider for 5 years, and have enjoyed every moment of my journey. I\u2019m so proud of our company values<\/a>, the way we empower our teams, and making meaningful contribution while learning new things.<\/p>\n

My Life is On.<\/p>\n
